The AccuTest/502 is a 0-500 pound tensile, cycle and compression microprocessor test system for
QA, QC, R & D and product evaluation testing.It is ideally suited for testing fabric, wire, thread, fiber,
rubber, plastics, adhesives, paper, ceramics, metals and other materials to ASTM, military and industrial standards. Designed for ease-of-use, the standalone 502 features the programmable AccuTest II Microprocessor system control. User-friendly "Smart Buttons," an easy to read liquid crystal display for multiple menu selection and programming, and two test data displays consolidate test control, setup and data operations in one attractive console.

The AccuTest/502 allows input and storage of seven test setups and six report graphics setups. Test results can be immediately reviewed and printed or stored and later recalled for viewing, graphing, printing. Multiple data display labels (i.e. Load, Position, Peak, Stress, Strain, etc.) and units of measure (i.e. pounds, kilograms, newtons, PSI, inches, percent, etc.) can be pre-selected, changed on-the-fly during a test or re-selected after the test. Graphs can be auto-scaled or re-defined by assigning desired X and Y-axis criteria. Changing labels or defining graphics effects how the data is displayed and does NOT alter the test data already collected. The 502 supports multiple load cells and provides built in safety features including load cell overrange and clamp compression. The AccuTest system is also available with the AccuTest 1000 Pound Capacity Load Frame.
